Our AI pipeline uses Anthropic Claude (US), Meshy.ai (US/EU), and OneSignal (US) for 3D generation and order updates. Only your pet breed type and order stage are shared with OneSignal — never your photos or contact details.

How long will my figurine take to arrive?

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak): 5–7 business days from dispatch via PosLaju or GDex.
Production itself takes 3–10 business days before dispatch.

Why is there a surcharge for Sabah / Sarawak?

East Malaysia deliveries incur a flat RM 25.00 courier surcharge applied automatically at checkout. This covers PosLaju / GDex East Malaysia rates and ensures fully-tracked delivery to your door.

Which courier will be used?

PosLaju is the default carrier nationwide. GDex is used as the fallback for East Malaysia if PosLaju coverage is unavailable in your postcode. Both provide tracking on WhatsApp once dispatched.
