Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production Timeframe

After you approve the 3D preview, your figurine enters production. Standard production time is 7-14 business days.

This includes:

• 3D printing (2-5 days)
• Post-processing and finishing (3-7 days)
• Quality control inspection
• Packaging and preparation for dispatch

We aim to ship your figurine as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards. Complex designs may require additional time.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier partners for delivery:

• Pos Laju: Standard delivery for Malaysia
• J&T Express: Fast delivery option
• DHL: Premium express delivery for urgent orders

The shipping method is selected based on your location and delivery preference at checkout. You will be informed of your courier before dispatch.

3. Delivery Areas

Primary Service Area: Malaysia

We deliver to all states in Malaysia. Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days after dispatch from Kuala Lumpur.

Singapore:

Shipping to Singapore is available. Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days. Additional customs clearance may add 1-2 days.

International Shipping:

Shipping to other countries is available on request. Contact federick0920@gmail.com for international shipping rates and timeframes.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and selected courier method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping fees include:

• Courier pickup and delivery
• Insurance during transit
• Tracking service

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your figurine is dispatched, you will receive:

• A dispatch notification via email/Telegram
• A tracking number for your courier
• A link to track your package in real-time

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress from our facility to your doorstep.

6. Damaged or Lost in Transit

Your figurine is insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package
• Provide photos of the damage or unopened damaged packaging
• We will file an insurance claim on your behalf
• You will receive a free replacement or refund

Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for insurance coverage.

7. Delivery Signature

Your figurine requires a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a designated location (your instructions will be provided).

8. Customs & Import (International Orders)

For international deliveries, your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be included in the stated shipping fee.
