1. Service Description

Figurine Empire provides custom 3D-printed figurines based on customer-provided photos and specifications. Our service includes 3D modeling, sculpting, printing, and finishing to create personalized pet figurines.

2. Order Process

The order process follows these stages:

• Stage 1: Photo submission and order placement
• Stage 2: Concept image generation and customer approval
• Stage 3: 3D model creation and preview approval
• Stage 4: Production (3D printing)
• Stage 5: Post-processing and quality control
• Stage 6: Delivery

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear, high-quality photos of your pet(s) from multiple angles
• Specify accurate dimensions and figurine style preferences
• Review and approve concept images and 3D previews in a timely manner
• Ensure all information provided is accurate and non-infringing of third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept the following payment methods:

• SenangPay (primary processor)
• Credit/Debit Cards via HitPay (backup)

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment is non-refundable once production begins.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Standard production time is 7-14 business days from production approval. Delivery time is 2-5 business days within Malaysia. Delays may occur due to quality requirements or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia for any disputes arising from this service.
